These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the openph online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available at openph.club. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a permitted user under Philippine gaming law to hold an openph account. Age is verified at registration via mandatory KYC and may be re-checked at any time.
One account per person. Your openph wallet holds funds in Philippine Peso. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification requirements. openph is not a bank and does not pay interest on balances.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and governed by individual promotion terms. Abuse of promotions results in forfeiture and account suspension.
All games use certified RNG systems. Collusion, use of bots, exploit abuse, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR licensing conditions apply. Any dispute shall first be addressed through openph's internal dispute resolution process before escalation.
Please Read Carefully. By accessing or using any part of the openph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the openph platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and openph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By registering an Account, accessing the openph platform, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the openph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all individual game rules and promotional terms, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accessing the openph platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. openph does not permit third-party account use; each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any real-money features of the openph platform. This requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. openph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and considers any attempt to circumvent this requirement a material breach of these Terms.
Age and identity are verified at the point of Account registration through mandatory KYC documentation. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, and Voter's ID. openph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
The openph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the openph platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. openph makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
The following individuals are not permitted to hold an openph Account:
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the openph platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether registered under the same or different contact details, are strictly prohibited. openph employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Any material misrepresentation in registration information constitutes immediate grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
openph is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (AMLA, as amended) and PAGCOR licensing conditions to conduct KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be restricted from withdrawals and certain platform features. openph reserves the right to suspend an Account and hold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements at any time.
All Accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). openph does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in PHP.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. openph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to request your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent.
You must notify openph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. Until openph receives such notice and takes remedial action, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. openph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
openph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods as displayed in the platform's cashier section from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
The minimum deposit is one hundred Philippine Peso (₱100). openph does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence requirements under AMLA obligations.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. All withdrawals require a fully completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Peso (₱200). openph targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) within 5–30 minutes under standard conditions; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
Standard deposits (without attached bonus offers) carry no wagering requirement. Funds are available for withdrawal after at least one qualifying bet has been placed from the deposit, subject to any applicable security hold for new accounts or high-value transactions.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. openph reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of two hundred Philippine Peso (₱200) or the remaining balance (whichever is less) on dormant accounts after notifying the registered email and mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by openph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms set out the general framework applicable to all offers; where specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each offer's terms before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×) is stated on the offer detail page. Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — live casino bets typically contribute 100%, while certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
openph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-risk bet strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, exploitation of software errors, and coordination between multiple players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, openph reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom, suspend the Account, and restrict future promotional eligibility.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins/bets expire as stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without compensation or notice beyond the original offer terms.
All Games on the openph platform are supplied by third-party studios operating under independent gaming licenses and certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates and volatility classifications are disclosed in each game's information panel.
openph is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by network interruptions, server issues, or player device failures. In the event of a game round being interrupted mid-play due to a technical fault, openph will resolve the round using the last confirmed game state in our server logs. Where no verifiable game state can be reconstructed, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's wallet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the openph platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the openph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the openph platform without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, openph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the openph platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or business interruption.
openph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
openph makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform, its games, or any content thereon. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
openph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By using the openph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

openph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account holder is not eligible to hold an Account; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to openph; or (d) we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any required compliance review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's license to access and use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 12, 16, and 17 — shall continue to apply after termination.
openph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by regulatory instruction) may take effect immediately upon posting to the openph website.
Your continued use of the openph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure before the effective date.
In the event of a dispute relating to any bet, game outcome, account transaction, or these Terms, the Player must first raise the matter with openph's customer support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. openph will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel in accordance with the applicable licensing conditions. openph cooperates fully with PAGCOR-mandated dispute resolution procedures.
The parties agree that any dispute not resolved through the foregoing processes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Presidential Decree No. 1602 (gambling laws), Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter amendments), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
The operation of openph is subject to applicable PAGCOR licensing conditions. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit openph's obligations under its regulatory license or applicable Philippine law.
